Looking for yummy snack idea? Look no further. These bliss balls have gained the approval of my wee Charlise (21-month-old), the hubby, and ME (I can confirm I ate the majority of the first batch because they are just so good lol!)



Today’s recipe has been infused with Lemon essential oils.

Just a hint of lemon can be tasted in these delicious balls of joy. Not only does it add to their flavour but it aids our health by cleansing our insides. Yum and naturally good for us! Win:Win



Makes 12 bars / Ingredients:

1/2 cup almonds

1/2 cup Brazil nuts

1/2cup almond meal

1/2 cup dried cranberries

1/2cup dried mango

1 tbsp blackstrap molasses

1/4 cup almond milk

2 drops lemon essential oil 

Pinch of salt

Place almonds and brazil nuts into blender or food processor, and mix for approx. 1min, until it looks like crumble.

Add almond meal, almond milk, blackstrap molasses, lemon essential oil and salt, and blend again for approx. 30secs.

Chop dried fruit thinly.

Transfer mixture to a bowl and mix in dried fruits.

Roll mixture into 12 balls and pop in a container you will store in.

Store in the fridge and enjoy over the next 7 days.
